I help clients create lasting positive changes in their lives by addressing unhelpful thought patterns, maladaptive behaviours, and past trauma. My counselling services primarily focus on:

 

SOCIAL ANXIETY

Social anxiety can hold you back from fulfilling friendships, novel experiences, and living with confidence. Through counselling, I aim to help you understand the roots of the issue, work on overcoming fears and worries, identify internal and external judgements, and give you tools to self-regulate and reduce anxious thoughts.

SELF- ESTEEM

Addressing self-esteem in counselling takes into account the ways in which we build our self-concept, internal and external validation, challenges negative self-talk, and helps you find a sense of value and meaning within yourself.

ANXIETY

Anxiety counselling can help you identify and overcome fears and worries causing negative thoughts or avoidance behaviours, and can help you learn strategies and mindsets to calmly navigate stressful situations.

TRAUMA

Trauma counselling can help you reduce and cope with negative memories, alleviate intrusive thoughts, and process past experiences in a safe and supportive environment. You can learn to calm your nervous system, and move forward in a healthy and productive manner.
