About Me

I’m a licensed social worker and member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and I hold a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Northern British Columbia. My previous work experience includes working with children, youth, and their families in the child welfare sector, providing individual women’s counselling, employment counselling, family counselling, and mental health and addictions counselling.

I strive to ensure that your individual needs, preferences, and goals are best served through a variety of practice approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Strength Based Counselling, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
